Lourdes Cullum House
 Lourdes Cullum House serves residents of Benton and Franklin Counties who are at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with a mental illness. We are an 8-bed home, staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our purpose is to provide 90-days of residential support and life skills training for local residents experiencing an Axis 1 Mental Health diagnosis and desire the skills to return to an independent setting.

Community Support
• Daily one-on-one meetings between staff and residents
• Encouragement for residents to advocate for themselves
• Assistance with finding community resources
• Provide housing suggestions
Our Residential Services Community
Support staff is available to provide case management services until a resident can obtain one through their provider.
