Lourdes Counseling Center

Lourdes Counseling Center offers a full continuum of care.

Lourdes Counseling Center, the behavioral health division of Lourdes Health Network, offers a full continuum of behavioral health services. Counseling services are available for adults, adolescents, and children. Chemical dependency services are available for adults dealing with mental illness. Family and group counseling is provided in addition to individual counseling. As well as counseling, other outpatient services are available such as medication management and community support. The 20-bed inpatient hospital at Lourdes Counseling Center serves both adults and children ages 5+ in times of need.

History
In 1988 a behavioral health center in Richland, now named Lourdes Counseling Center, became part of our network of services. It offers the only hospital based psychiatric services in the area. Lourdes Counseling Center helps adults, children and families find solutions. We offer a variety of behavioral health services including counseling and medication management.

Lourdes Counseling Center team At Lourdes Counseling Center, our counselors are ready to help your family find solutions -- offering an objective opinion for issues like anxiety, family problems and stress. In addition, we provide solutions for continuous care, drug and alcohol treatment, and special services for the unique needs of your children.

Comprehensive Care
If your problem is more serious or your situation changes, Lourdes Counseling Center offers a full continuum of care. We offer short-term hospital stays to help during a crisis. Our providers can work with your other medical providers to make sure all of your health needs are being addressed. Our mental health professionals determine which of our services would benefit you and makes the appropriate appointment. Please call to schedule an appointment or have your PCP send us a referral.

Counseling Services
Problems are a normal part of life. When your problems seem too big to tackle by yourself, then it’s time to talk to someone else. Lourdes employs Licensed mental health counselor s and Licensed clinical social workers who can offer a professional opinion on a multitude of problems:

• Problems from abuse
• Attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD)
• Behavioral problems

Counseling for Children
Lourdes Counseling Center provides the most comprehensive care for children with the region's only Board-certified child psychiatrists and academic classes with certified teachers. We can help your child with emotional or behavioral problems resulting from divorce and family adjustments, Attention Deficit Disorder, depression and others.

Medication Services
Lourdes Counseling Center’s behavioral health team includes psychiatrists, advanced registered nurse practitioners, certified psychiatric nurses, and the region’s only board certified child psychiatrist.

Payment
Lourdes Counseling Center clinicians are preferred providers for most private health insurance plans. Medicaid insurance are also accepted. Lourdes will customize a payment plan based on your individual needs.
