Martha Varnado, Clinic Manager

Though many patients don’t have the pleasure of meeting Martha during their visits, her presence at Lourdes West Pasco is felt throughout. As Clinic Manager, Martha works behind the scenes to ensure that her staff has all the training and tools to provide the best of care to all our patients.

Martha has 35 years experience in the medical field and has been a part of the Lourdes team since 1999. She and her husband have one daughter and two granddaughters – you can find them all spending time on the fast pitch softball fields and collecting antique cars.

Maggie Madrigal, Customer Service Specialist

Maggie has long made it her goal to make certain that everyone who comes to Lourdes West Pasco Women’s Health feels like part of a family. Her job is to schedule appointments, greet patients and help acquire the information needed to make each visit smooth and enjoyable. Rest assured, if you ever have a question or concern regarding your visit, Maggie will find you an answer.

Maggie has been working within Lourdes Health Network for over thirteen years. When she is not working, she loves to spend her free time shopping and cheering on her three boys at various sporting events.

Margie Sanvictores, Clinic RN

Margie works closely with Dr. de Leon to ensure that all patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. In addition to recording and reviewing your medical history, she may well offer you a warm blanket, a bottle of water and even a prayer if needed.

Margie was born in Manila, Philippines and often travels to Seattle to visit family and enjoy authentic cuisine from her native land. She also enjoys singing with her church’s chancel choir and cooking for her husband and three children.

Kathy Indall, RN, Nurse Manager

Kathy has a depth of healthcare experience and is an invaluable asset to our clinical team. She takes her responsibilities of assisting with surgeries, new procedures and nursing competencies very seriously. Our nursing staff is highly trained and held to the highest standards to assure our patients receive care beyond their expectations.

When Kathy is not working she prefers to spend her time gardening, reading or traveling internationally. Her most treasured time, however, is spent with her six children and eight grandchildren.

Carol Price, Clinic RN

Carol has been a women’s health nurse for six years. When you visit Dr. Samra, she will most likely be the nurse who records your medical history and information. Patients love Carol for her attention to detail and excellent rapport. If you are waiting for a result from a test or call with a medical concern, you’ll get to hear Carol’s friendly, reassuring voice providing the answers.

Carol is married and has three children ages 20, 18 & 16. Some of her favorite things to do when she is not working are reading, hiking and gardening.

Maria Negrete, Clinic RN

Maria is the newest addition to Dr. Kerr’s team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Washington State University and was most recently employed at a local endocrinology practice. Maria is committed to providing all of Dr. Kerr’s patients with warm, compassionate care. She always takes the time to really listen and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Maria is happily married and raising a beautiful six year old daughter along with her nine year old niece. Her passions include her family, volunteering and reading in the quiet moments. She strives to be a lifelong learner and endeavors to learn something new every day.

Nancy Piatt, Floating Clinic RN

Though Nancy is not regularly scheduled at our practice, she is a valuable member of our women’s health team. Nancy has been a nurse of over four years and can be counted on to offer top notch nursing care whenever our office needs additional help. She has a knack for making our patients feel welcome with her warm and caring manner.

Nancy came to the Pacific Northwest from Illinois 18 years ago and fell in love with the area. She and her husband of 16 years have 3 boys. They love spending time together outdoors and watching movies.
