Lourdes Wilson HouseLourdes Wilson House is a unique Recovery Program that was founded on the belief that recovery from serious mental illness must involve the whole person in a vital community offering: Respect, Hope, Mutuality, and Unlimited Opportunity to Access the Worlds of Work, Housing, Education, and Friendship. The Clubhouse focuses on the member’s strengths, talents, and abilities.

Community Support Services
Lourdes Wilson House assists members with obtaining entitlements and other services necessary for the member to meet their educational and/or employment goals.

Work Day
The work day engages members and professional staff together, side-by-side in the operation of the program. All work performed is generated for the enhancement of the program and designed to help members regain self worth, purpose, and confidence. Wilson House focuses on the member’s strengths, talents, and abilities.

Social Activities
Wilson House holds recreational and social activities on weekdays where participants can relax and enjoy fellowship with one another. The social program allows members who work or have other obligations to remain connected.

Employment Services
Transitional Employment
• Temporary, entry level, part-time positions
• Wilson House provides on-site, side-by-side training and job coaching
• Used as a stepping stone to supported or independent employment

Supported Employment
• Wilson House assists members in job search, application and interview process
• Provides on-site and/or off-site support to member and employer to retain position

Independent Employment
• Jobs secured by Wilson House members
• Wilson House assists members with job search, application and interview techniques
• Provides on-site supports to sustain long term employment

Lourdes Wilson House believes that individuals recovering from mental illness have the following guaranteed rights:
• A place to come.
• Meaningful work.
• Meaningful relationships.
• A place to return to.


Membership
Lourdes Wilson House provides services to residents of Benton & Franklin Counties who are 18 years and older and have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness.
